From Empty Yard to Finished Pool
Here's exactly how we go from sketch to splash.
Design
Every build starts in your yard, not on a catalog page. We walk the space with you, talk through how your family uses the outdoors, and shape a plan that fits your lot, your budget, and the way you'll actually live. Then we stake the footprint right on the grass so you can see — at full size — exactly where the pool will sit, where the steps land, and where the spa or water feature falls in the layout.
Build
Once permits clear and the layout is approved, we dig. Our crews excavate, set the structural steel and plumbing rough-in, and shoot the shell in shotcrete — a poured-in-place concrete shell engineered to last. Throughout the build, you'll see the same Advanced Pools & Spas crews on site every day: no rotating subcontractors, no surprises.
Finish
This is where a hole in the ground turns into a pool. We set coping and decking, run the tile work, install the equipment pad, then fill, balance the chemistry, and commission every system — heater, filter, pump, lighting, automation. By the end of this stage, your pool isn't just built; it's running, balanced, and ready for the first swim.
Enjoy
We don't disappear after handoff. Our maintenance team keeps your water crystal clear year-round, and we're a phone call away whenever something needs a tune-up. Most of all, this is the part we built it all for: years of birthdays, summer nights, and afternoons that your family will remember.
